Cambrian Mall

I used to love this mall growing up in the 90’s but recently it’s become a ghost town. The food area only has a coffee shop now. Nothing else. Canadian Tire and Shoppers Drugmart are the only things keeping this place from shutting down. Sadly the Sault is a dying town that doesn’t need two larger shopping centres anymore.

Enjoy going. Nice setting, quiet. Good potential, hoping so see more stores in the future. It would be great if the bathrooms were more family friendly. Such as a private change station in a stall rather than one in the entrance way of both bathrooms. Felt uncomfortable changing my baby having strangers of the same and opposite gender coming and going with a view of my child & a bonus having the option of paper towels to dry hands rather than a super loud hand dryer.

Was asked to wait on the line for the pharmacist to answer a question. Waited almost an hour before I disconnected the call. When I called back, a female answered, did not identify herself, and began asking personal questions. When asked who she was, she identified herself as the pharmacist and was rude and condescending to me. I also politely explained that I understand that they are busy but if the wait time is an hour, possibly they could call someone back instead of having them on hold for an hour as other people's time is also precious. Due to the terrible customer service and mistreatment, I have moved my business elsewhere. Also, if you are attempting to locate a manager, good luck. He never answers his phone.

Quiet overall but always like the deals at Winners. Vacant stores but still a good variety including Dollarama, Canadian Tire, Coles Bookstore, Petvalu, Shoppers drug Mart. Not much in the food court. Children had fun on the rides.
