First Place Plaza

This plaza includes a living complex. It is actually surrounded by a road. Has a lot of good food and services. Do be careful driving through the parking lot. There is a lot of traffic.

I parked behind the permanently closed St Louis Bar & Grill to briefly visit a critically ill friend in the St Catharines Hospital. Being a disabled senior, l never would imagine coming out and finding a car parked where my suv was. Thankfully l didnt leave my wallet and cellphone in my vehicle or l would have been in peril, living in Niagara Falls. I called the number on one of the light poles in the parking lot. When the man started rattling off an address l said 'Wait just a damn minute, lm not from around here and have no pen or paper.' The man online said 'l will text the towing compound address to you' and hung up. I called back after waiting 10 min. The lady who answered gave me 72 Berryman Ave as the address where my vehicle was towed and said 'wee do not send text messages' A $24 taxi ride to the impound yard which looked shady resulted in a $375 towing bill for 8.8km!!! Outrageous!!! I live on a disability pension of $1560 per month and am no longer able to visit my ill friend and must rely on the food bank to eat the rest of this month! The owners of this plaza and the parking lot monitoring service they use should be charged for taking peoples property ( in my case putting me in peril ) then charging them extortion rates to get their vehicles back!!! Apparently this has been in effect since the hospital (whose lots are most often full) and is a real racket left unchecked for their unscrupulous practices. M.Cooke

Great atmosphere. Sicilian pizza is phenomenal!

Don't go there unless you want your car to be towed and pay a 300+$ fine. Owners are crooks and will lie about you leaving the plaza so that they can tow your car, as they get commission on it

I went there to give an estimate for the dentist office. I met with a lady named Pat, a very nice lady and place. I will be doing a small section of the floor on the 5th of October as they are having trouble with their shoes making noise, and I'll be doing the rest on the 12th and hopefully be able to correct the problem.
