Tried out the new restaurant JJ's, our meals were very good. They have notices up that they have applied for liquor license. And they have a decent sized outside patio area, so you have a choice to eat in or out.

Good location clean and large lot. Gets busy when mustangs is open without a pandemic going on. all stores are kept up well. Subway,Pita Pit,Avondale,Quesada!

Fruitland Crossing is a small business centre. Not a mall. There is not one outlet or brand specific clothier. Therefore not a mall. Have you been to or near Bass Pro Shops. In Welland/St. Catherine's. That is an outdoor mall. If you need a dentist, there is one. Storage, two near here. Tim's sure. Expensive gas. Yup. Esso has you there. And without 93 Octane. Fruitland and Crossing together match perfectly. Busy corner with horrid parking by civilians almost daily. :) Honest to goodness.
