Not too crowder and good variety of service, restaurant and stores. It's not too crowded even at peak times and there is plenty of parking slots.

Shopping mall. Place is gorgeous, but is also kinda empty. Not a lot of very active shop. Rossy, super c, toyshop, utility shop, some clothings shops.
