Terrible online and in-person experience. I purchased a pair of earrings and necklace online to be picked up at the Bloor St location. After a few days of no email communication, I called customer service who assured me the items were at the store. I also received the online confirmation. I picked up the items at the store and halfway walking home, I checked the bag only to realize only one item was given. I return to the store and they informed me the earrings were still in transit. I asked the jewelry sales representative if they have the same earrings at the store which they didn’t. She stared at me and didn’t offer to find an alternative. Loss sale on her part. I will return the earrings when it finally arrives and won’t bother with Holt’s again.

Don’t have an accurate rating, as I purely don’t know what I’m reviewing… is it a Gas & Electric company? Or a fashion mall? Hmm. See attached pics for my results when searching “TikTok corporate.” Allllll I was trying to do was leave a review for TikTok - because my videos from last week still haven’t posted. Could’ve caught it earlier but I just got onto TikTok to post another 1. Let’s see if that posts. Interesting. So what is this building anyway?? Key thing to note is that it popped up, as “Analystrecommendation.” Groovy! 😉✌️

Absolutely gorgeous place to be with a taste of luxury and great service!!! We enjoyed every moment- from food to interior and window view!!

Terrible online sales. they cancelled my orders twice and the item was restocked the same day each time my order was cancelled. can't understand the logic why they were doing this.

Hundreds of brands here. Super clean store and everything was easy to find with their blue brand labels.
