Whoever answered the phone and claimed to be the manager was clearly exaggerating, just acting important while the real manager wasn’t around. Regardless, the entire personnel was unhelpful and dismissive. No one made any effort to help, and their attitude came off as lazy and arrogant, completely unwilling to do the bare minimum.

It's gorgeous store ever. I'm a huge fan of the ordinary. Thank you very much for making such a great product and especially to the kind and beautiful Fardowsa of this store. She recommended more things for my skin and told me how to use new and what I have. I would have bought more if I hadn't worried about the weight limit of luggages.

They didn’t greet me when I entered, but one of the associates approached me. This lady answered my questions fine, but when I purchased at a cashier, this another associate was not friendly. After I paid I said thank you but she didn’t response at all and she was looking at the different direction. No 'thank you', no 'bye', anything. I was an only customer at the store and it was obviously not busy. I felt uncomfortable and cold vibe while I was shopping. I've noticed that some unhappy customers on reviews here are not white people, most likely Asians. Yes, I am Asian. I didn't want to mention about races, but seems like Asians are not treated nice at this place by some associates. I had some good experiences here before, also at the Distillery. I liked their customer service before but I had not much chance these years. I’m not sure I want to buy their products for the future, but if I really want, I will go online. I don't want to use the products with awkward vibe and I don't want to gamble to look for good customer service.
