This plaza also boosts for the presence of Little Ceasars Pizza, hair-nail-tan saloons, vape store, laundry mat, and veterinary clinic. The most important part is the ample parking facility. A convenient strip mall for the neighborhood.

There's no need to be here. The NO frills are garbage, shoppers over prices, and unless you need to buy a vape while doing laundry, that's the BIGGEDT waste of space. Put a basketball court and get the kids out enjoying sports again, then filling space with trash business.
