Kings Place Mall

Shopping areas are almost non existent, washrooms are kept locked. Once a location of bustling activity, it has become a shelter and hangout of homeless people.

I am so disappointed with this Mall now. It used to be a thriving wonderful inside Mall to visit. Now it is 60% empty. Many vendors have moved to another place. Often the washrooms are unclean. I really hope they find a way to bring it back.

A few popular stores like Dollarama and Shoppers. Mimizawa’s is great. But a lot of vacancy insides.

Kings Place Mall is my go-to spot whenever I'm downtown Fredericton! It's the perfect escape on a hot day or a quick stop while exploring the city. The janitors deserve a huge shoutout – the mall is always spotless and smells fresh, even the bathrooms! It's a great place to cool down, browse the stores, or just take a break.
