Shopping areas are almost non existent, washrooms are kept locked. Once a location of bustling activity, it has become a shelter and hangout of homeless people.

I am so disappointed with this Mall now. It used to be a thriving wonderful inside Mall to visit. Now it is 60% empty. Many vendors have moved to another place. Often the washrooms are unclean.
