Nice Glass

As Others have pointed out this company does not stand by there products. My Perc Broke inside the bong, with no outside damage and this company told me tough luck, not our problem. The fact that this isn't an isolated experience, as Andrew H's review is very similar to my own experience. I find it hard to believe that this isn't a somewhat common occurrence. I would go to another bong shop other then Nice Glass as there customer service is terrible, and the quality is clearly not up to standards. Its a bong shop there are dozen of them in the city find one that treats there customers with respect and is willing to stand by there glass.

Edit: per vendor's review response no recommendation to return it to the place of purchase was made, this is a baseless response they made, the place of purchase also takes no returns on glass, this is a faulty product and not their responsibility regardless. I called them on May 23rd, 2019, as a product I purchased on April 20th, 2019, broke internally during a routine rinse, which was quite appalling. I explained the situation and the woman who answered said their team would contact me, and suggested I hold onto the product so I can provide pictures. Nobody has contacted me, and I'm stuck holding onto garbage until I possibly receive a call-back. If you're not going to do anything for me at least have the I do not recommend them.

Bad product that breaks easily and the company does not seem to care about their products or the customers that buy them. Overall a horrible company and product. I'd give them 0 stars if I could

cheap and bad quality product, they don't stand by what they make.
