Oakridge Centre

I don't really visit "Oakridge Centre"... I go to the Superstore, and I go to the gas station, but that's about it. But, relative to the Oakridge Centre, the only thing applicable that I can 'review' is the only thing that's universal to the whole zone: the parking. And it's terrible. There's always a spot to park, but the problem is the layout of the entrances, exits, and how the sections of the lot are joined. There's a 4-way stop coming from Hyde Park or Oxford. It's fine, but if you go north one chunk, you get a weird 3-way/4-way stop and you can barely see behind the building on the east, and people tend to zoom in that entrance and blow the stop sign. The driving strip in front of the Superstore is horrible. Whoever thought that putting the entrance to a store right at the corner of a 4-way stop, while also adding a 5th driveway coming in sideways to the corner is a goof. It will pack up with cars, and people are staggering across the road with carts, right at the busiest intersection of the lot. Maybe put crossroads further from an entrance door so that people don't hold up the moving traffic constantly. It's safer for the cars, and safer for the people.

Stopped in to grab a cake and a couple other items. Had to wait a bit for an associate to get the cake but they were very apologetic and friendly. Found everything thing else we needed easily and used the self checkout to pay.
