Smartcentres Pembroke

They would have an easier time filling their retail spaces if rents were more affordable. We lost a good little theatre because of their rent prices steadily going up. They also do not maintain their properties well. The parking lot at Pembroke Mall is in such bad shape, I park at the Canadian Tire next door. You need a 4 wheel drive to get across the parking lot.

Good selection of stores. Bathrooms are awesome.

Nice mall and food court

Sick of it honestly. Not many restaurants in this town and it is easy to get sick of something. Well, Boston Pizza is one of those places. Don't care for their menu and what feels like a very small selection of food choices. The food quality feels as if it were bought out of a grocery stores freezer isle. Service doesn't look like they want to be there and smiles are non existing and when they do smile, it feels fake as though they don't like the fact you're there or that they have to serve you. Place needs a complete overhaul with better oversight of management. Now the bar section? It's like a totally different place with a terrific atmosphere and great customer service. Every 3rd time of going, ifs usually to the bar section or outside when good, which is another adventure all together. Not necessarily bad either. But the bar, I wish I could talk about the bar all day as it somewhere you want everyone to know your name. Updates about outside will come and hope the place feels different the next time I go with my wife, family, or friends.

Honestly It's super disappointing to see such a drab mall and such a wonderful town.With so many people, the space could be utilized for so much more. It would be so beneficial to elders -children & everyone in between
