Thames-Lea Plaza

This has to be one of the best one stop shops that I've every been on in along time. This strip mall is two football field long..ITS HUGE! There's plenty of parking. The parking lot was even decently clean. You will find everything you could think of to have an abundent life right here at Thames Lea Plaza. This is a Google reviewers paradise. ⚠️ Good shopping mall but….⚠️ Double Curbed driving lanes run through the parking lot from the main entrance and they’re not very visible at night. I have seen no less than 4 vehicles destroyed by accidentally ploughing over them. Fortunately, so far, it seems no one’s been seriously hurt. It’s my opinion that a little yellow paint on those curbs would be prudent. ⚠️

I visited Sportchek to buy shoes for my grandson. Couldn't find them in Windsor, Detroit or Belle River!. Got them at a great price, the staff was excellent and put them on hold till I got there. Fantastic service, wish I could remember the young man's name! Highly recommend this store.

Clean plaza. Lots of parking. Needs a Swiss Chalet or another sitdown AFFORDABLE restaurant in the area though - that isn't TERRIBLE CHUCKS ROADHOUSE. It would complete the day off shopping nicely... As this is a one stop shop kind of plaza. Clothes. Shoes. Groceries. Necessities. Dollarama... Even Canadian Tire. There's plenty of FAST FOOD around though, so if you eat that stuff you're all set. There's even a Macro Foods here. I would say, the only thing that would be nice to have would besides that restaurant, would be an M&Ms... Because driving to the other end of town is inconvenient for 3\4 of the city... And I don't like driving in that area at all.
