Good selection of stores. Accessibility is poor, particularly west of 116 street, especially for a shopping centre in such a densely populated area. Extremely narrow sidewalk beside London Drugs, and other narrow spots where two people carrying shopping bags (let alone using mobility devices - walker, stroller, wheelchair etc) cannot pass each other, including outside Canada Post and Loblaws City Market, a major grocery store for the area. Also not enough walkways and marked crosswalks throughout the parking lot.

Bhupinder at Oliver Square Registries was very helpful — he assisted me quickly and made the whole process easy. Great service!”

Not sure whose bright idea it was to paint the speed bumps black! This is a huge hazard!!! They're not all marked and some of them can't be seen by cyclists and people on escooters until it's too late. I was almost sent flying today. It is illegal to not paint them to make them visible!!! Definitely complaining to the city about this.

Bravo to the management of the Unity square. What this, previously lovely and pleasant square has turned into is definitely a shame for both the management and the city. I am a neighbor and the proximity and variety of shops, as well as the pleasant atmosphere were not my everyday choice not so long ago. No, the management has managed to turn this place into an unpleasant, sometimes dangerous place. First, when you go shopping at City Market or Winers upstairs, you are greeted from the outside at the entrance and inside in the lobby, by drunk, drugged and aggressive people. If you enter City Market with the intention of making a purchase, you always expect some shouting, an argument, because the same people entered there with the intention of stealing something. Then you go up to Winers, use the elevator, because the escalators never work, and when they get there they force some guy, who put something in his bag and had no intention of paying. I then pick up my grandchildren so they don't see it and go across the street to the TD Bank with the intention of withdrawing some cash, when two people in front of it say "give me a change...". Okay, I don't dare go to the ATM. I say let's go. My intention is to go to Shoppers with the kids, when another guy sits on the bench in front of him, taking off his pants and doing a big defecation. I quickly run to Shoppers, and inside there's an argument between a woman and a security guard. I go outside, hurrying so that my confused grandchildren don't experience any trauma. I pass by the Dollarama, and there are things scattered around, outside, sitting and lying on the floor. One woman says to me "what are you looking at"... I see it's time to hurry to London Drugs, but first I need to pass the benches in front of Staples, where they are also wrapped in blankets, probably drugged and with murderous looks, I rush to the targeted London Drugs, and there's a girl and a boy sitting in front of them and "change, please change". The only oasis where there are no aggressive, drunk, drugged people for now is Art of Cake. I escape there and I'm safe. Like some safe oasis on a dangerous battlefield. The Square has changed beyond recognition. I know that you can't influence everything, but apart from the city's lack of concern for the safety of its citizens, there is definitely a problem with the managed square. It's a shame, it used to be a nice place to walk and shop, and it's so close to me, but apparently everything nice is short-lived.

Unity Square is a wonderful area to shop, dine, and hangout in. It captures every need from grocery store to shopping for clothing or shoes! Wonderful restaurants and unique shops!! It's my go to spot for a quick in and out!
