Westmount Shopping Centre

Dead mall and it’s a bit sketchy. Most business are leaving the mall and it’s looking so empty. You see a lot old people, students from Ross Shep, and the occasional homeless person. They don’t have the best selection of stores and their food selection is lacking. You only go here if you need to or if it’s the most convenient option.

Wonder what's the plan with this mall? 🤔 Made such a big deal with their billboards and the "new vision for Westmount", but the QR code just brings you to the website with zero news. Maybe the "new vision" is to shut down the mall? Sure seems like it. There's nowhere to eat, basic stores & every month another store closes. Why don't you just be straight with your customers and tell us the real "vision" for Westmount (to close it).

The state of this mall makes me sad. It used to be a bustling mall with a great arcade and even an ice rink in the middle. A great movie cinema was up the stairs and I would love to shop at Safeway or Zellers. There even was a bingo hall. It had everything. Now when I go there it's dark and gloomy, there's a few stores but most are disjointed box stores attached to the mall and not part of the mall. The ice rink, arcade and bingo hall are all gone. The food court has only a few stores left. I feel bad for the extremely close high school cause the mall experience was something to enjoy but this place just reminds me of days gone past.

Been a long Time since Last shopping Here and Yes, meeting Old Friends from the Malls area was Also a BLESSING! The Mall was pretty Active and Enjoyable! My loving Wife Enjoyed Shopping 🛍

I went to my ob-gyn in this mall and she is amazing well both of them are! Small food court but the food is good, the safeway I love(pics of safeway below) love the dollarama, the smittys is awesome and they have other fast food places located just after the parking lot
