A good shopping place to spend a day and get all your shopping done. Has pretty much everything you can ask for. A lot of shops are shutting down including Hudson’s bay, i hope they bring in some other nice ones as replacements. Would hate to see this mall go. Library is also temporarily relocated to inside the mall

What the hell is this mall i can’t believe how much it has changed now a days.The bathrooms have poop stains on them and one of the toilets did not have toilet paper. The smell is so bad i can’t go in there for ten minuets. There food court is so bad they have the same stuff from 1931. And you no what that was me that had the bad hair in arden’s. thank you for righting about me next time don’t.

Five stars to two wonderful security guards, Divinter and Scythe! I am disabled and was in the mall on the evening of April 2. It was freezing rain out and with my disability the store clerk at Torrid was concerned that I was going to fall. She then called security to see if they could assist me. They were amazing! They carried my bags for me, they helped me outside, opened the car doors for me and put my packages in. Thank you very much to you both, you are amazing, and thank you to the Torrid staff for your kindness!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Good security should be invisible, but any time I walk in here I don't feel good about the security guards they added outside the jewelry stores. They aren't pleasant to see at all because their uniforms make them look like law enforcement and seeing them makes the place feel unsafe like there's a crime scene that went on here that shouldn't have happened. These guards don't need to be here, they were added at Christmas and put out a hostile vibe although I'm sure individually they are nice people, they have never given me any trouble and are just doing their job. But they need to be dressed in suits at least, otherwise it's bad vibes that completely change the tone of the mall, I don't like it at all.

I always have a great time at the Cat mall. I could definitely suggest a few retail chains I'd love to see come to our mall, but the stores and employees we have are splendid and I'm happy to spend my time window shopping or enjoying the cafeteria! 100/10!!
