Step back into time with this old school deli. Known for their smoked meat, I got it for breakfast alongside some eggs and I was so tempted to get a sandwich to go too. Smoked meat was tender and juicy and something about dipping your smoked meat into some runny eggs that’s so satisfying and delicious Service was awesome as waitress told me the recommendations and what majority of people who go for a first time order. She also told me that I could get the smoked meat alongside my breakfast meal as well which was nice. Really appreciated that as this looks like a place that fills up with regulars. Atmosphere is somewhat of an old school diner feel and there’s lots of seating available and you wouldn’t peg it looking from outside. Parking is available as it’s in a huge plaza but with the amount of businesses, it can fill up quickly. I will have to go back just to grab more of that smoked meat and get a sandwich too Great job overall

Centre Street Deli has been around in Thornhill since 1988. I came here back then, when they first opened, and loved their smoked meat. They were in a smaller unit back then. Although it's been 37 years, I never forgot how good their food was so when I happened to be in the area, I had to drop in. My friend and I had their Old Fashioned Smoked Meat sandwich, with Fries, Coleslaw, and Pickle. It was really good, moist and tender, without being salty. The generous serving of fries was crispy. The coleslaw and pickle were just right. Good meal! We also had a Cheese Bagelach. We weren't sure exactly what we had ordered but were willing to try it. As the name suggests, it kinda looks like a bagel but isn't. It was soft, more on the sweet side, almost dessert-like, especially with the included creamy sauce. It was good. Please forgive my vague description. I'll definitely be back to try more from their menu. Hopefully, it won't be another 37 years.

It's not too often I visit deli's, but Centre Street Deli located in Thornhill was quite the experience. Our server was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious and although I didn't splurge on any deli sandwiches, I did enjoy a tasty breakfast meal that was cooked to perfection. Moderate table space, so I'd stay clear on busy weekends. Otherwise — a wonderful deli experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

you don't need to go to Montreal for the smoke meat anymore. 12pm, the restaurant is packed. Many purchased takeout as well. I ordered an old-fashioned smoke meat sandwich (you can choose lean or fatty meat). I chose lean meat, and it is soft. The lady offered me hot mustard, and it is wonderful. I ordered pickles as well, and it is just perfect with the sandwich.

Ordered BLT and Club asked for bread to be toasted on both (not toasted). BLT had no mayo - very dry. Lettuce on club was brown and wilted where it’s see through. Asked for chicken noodle soup with more broth (got a container of egg noodles and barely no broth). The matzoh soup and chicken soup were tasteless. Basically the entire order $70 went in garbage. Uber would not credit it. Very disappointed in food.
