Duckworth Plaza

Few good stores/eateries but you mite die driving or walking around the parking lot, as there has not been any maintenance done to the pavement in 10 years.

Great food available from several places here. It is hard to make up your mind which one to try. I would have given it 5 stars except for the parking. Many of the vehicles are from the shop owners who really should leave the closer parking spaces for paying customers.

Food is good. Beer is better lol

Great plaza for students, has all of the stores you need for a late night munchy run for studying or the after party. Only 24/7 subway I know of around here so that's a plus, also the variety store has a lot of low-key snacks/drinks you can't get anywhere else.

Great Plaza/Strip Mall, the Parking alot and flow of traffic could be redesigned but other than the parking lot being a mess closer to the Bar and Circle K and Tim Hortons, there's alot of parking near the back of Rexall and where the Corn stand used to be! Maybe utilize some of the parking spots along grove Street to make a dedicated lane for the drive thru, and make it so they have to use the Enterance near the ba k side of Rexall and flow towards the Tim Hortons, Duckworth and Grove gets congested easily at times
