I have never been to a Cavalinho store in Canada in person, but my experience with them has been truly exceptional. I was looking for a specific bag that was no longer available, and to my surprise, the Cavalinho Canada team went above and beyond — they arranged to have the bag made for me by Cavalinho in Portugal. The level of service was outstanding: kind, professional, and very responsive. Even from a distance, I felt truly valued as a customer. The quality of Cavalinho products is already well known, but this kind of personalized care made my experience even more special. I highly recommend Cavalinho Canada — not only for the beautiful, high-quality products, but also for their dedication to customer satisfaction.

I came across their website - the purses looked really great, so I decided to treat myself. I ordered a purse that appealed to me, it was delivered quickly, I got it today. And I have to say that I was greatly surprised by the "real"thing - it looks so much nicer than the picture and I am a very happy person. The quality and workmanship are "European" - they still seem to know how to make GREAT products .What more can I say, I just wish I had enough money to buy a purse in every color. One day I will visit the store and probably spend more money, but if one gets a great product, it's money well spend.
