I love shopping here, it has changed a lot over the years but they still have a food court with great food options and stores that I feel are relevant to my tastes.

Great mall easy access to all stores

Full of teenaged hoodlums carrying hunting knives and machetes and openly flashing them around when the need to feel tough arises. How long until Mall security takes the gloves off and stats banning these kids and turning them over to the city police. I’m aware that there have been arrests but they have not slown the problem. Kingston Police Department , Ontario Provincial Police, Mall Securty, it is time for a few plan. I’m not saying u turn over the mall to law enforcement. All I’m saying is that with the amount of law enforcement related expertise one of these opticians has an embarrassment of riches in the form of their experiences and he/she could be leaning on them and others to come up with a comprehensive plan that would turn this back into a place where people used to love shopping A few months ago 40 something male was stomped into the icu for politely asking some teens to take their vapes outside. That’s gone too far.

My friends and I shouldn’t have been there to begin with. My friend got her eyebrow waxing done and they burnt the skin on the eyelids with hot wax which left a mark that looks stubborn and doesn’t seem to go away despite getting a treatment done from a cosmetologist. The staff were not welcoming at all. Clearly didn’t understand the needs. The nails I got done were far away from perfection. Regret wasting so much on a stupid place like this. We are so frustrated right now, nails can be done again but what about the scar on my friend’s eye lids? We asked for compensation and they just didn’t seem to care at all. They keep hanging up on us when we call and once told that she can’t be compensated and that they were sorry when she showed them the picture of before and after waxing. RIDICULOUSLY RUDE. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. There’re other better places in Kingston. Don’t make a hole in your pocket.
