I was only at the TD bank & found good old fashioned customer service. There is ample parking in the busy lot. I plan on returning to explore some of the other vendors

Service not too good, should employ more people or more knowledgeable staff. Food not up to usual standard as wrong dish came with meal.

I place an order on the 3rd of April You called me about a problem with your computer I had to reorder I was told I would only be charged once yet I have two amount on my card please remote the one.Harveys on Westmount

The stores are good. Mom and pop stores seem to be flourishing in an era of big box stores. You have what you need for an area of the city. Waterloo region which Kitchener is part of decided years ago to go with sections of the city stores are placed within walking distance. Going away from only having one area of the city people can go to shop. In doing so lowering the cost to drive throughout the region. The Highland area is one example with the basics located nicely for the neighborhood.

A great shopping centre, there is Food Basic and Dollarama.
