Highland Park Shopping Centre

My 1 star review is not for an employee except for the young girl (white) with long brown straight hair. I have been coming up to this Dollarama for several years. All of the staff have always been nothing but kind. However, there is this young girl who always gives everyone dirty looks (including adults and kids) She is NEVER friendly, always very grumpy and always is telling off the other staff in a very negative tone in front of customers. I am not doubting this girl works hard, however her customer service needs some improvement (that goes for not only your external customers that come into store but also your internal customers as well) As a retail customer it’s always super in comfy when you overhear staff telling off other staff in front of you. And it’s happened 3 times in my last 3 visits to this location. It’s the “Go do THIS NOW” attitude that makes it uncomfortable. Not sure if she’s going through something in her personal life, and if she is I feel horrible. That’s why I didn’t call management. I would hope she sees this and just knows that maybe just try being a little kinder to your customers and co workers.

Good shopping plaza with multiple restaurants, shollers drug Mart and bank nearby

Lots of great stores u have a little bit of everything depending on what u need or want there's shoppers the thrift store pizza dollarama cannabis & Swiss chalet. The thrift store could do better somedays but it's handy to have there. Plaza is always clean quiet and lots of parking anytime I have been. They also have the summer weekly car show there too I believe.

Great space used, basically a mini mall. You can get pretty much anything ranging from pizza, car parts, thrift shopping, Dollarama, eye care, and ups, and many more options.

I've previously given 5stars for this plaza. I use approx. 5 stores here. Most recently attending the Salvation Army Thrift Store, I parked my Ebike and this being the 2nd time in a month, the garbage overflowing on the platform near bike area. This plaza was very well-kept last year. I don't know what happened.
