Review is for door 2 door pizza place. Personal review and experience. HORRIBLE PLACE!!! WOULD NOT EAT FROM THERE AGAIN!! Had to give a 1 star as there is no lower option. Our experience was horrible for the following reasons. We placed our order over the phone and asked if we could pay by debit when the order delivered and they said yes. They advised that it would be 35 mins for delivery; okay great! We placed the order. 40 mins passed and they called to ask us if we had cash as their machine wasn't working we said no we only had 30 dollars in cash and they hung up on us. I called back an hour later to find out what was going on with our order and was advised that they were bringing another debit machine in to their site and that it would be another 15-20mins.. and our pizzas were already made sitting there waiting and getting cold... I was not happy that I had to call to find out this information and our order was getting cold. I re-iterated that we had 30 dollars cash and the guy says "okay I will send the driver out with your pizza pay him the 30 dollars and I'll call you back afterwards and you can pay the remaining balance on your credit card..". He then offered to make two fresh pizzas for us if we came and picked them up.. okay great so I asked him to do that and that I would be there shortly. We drove to the place ( not even 5mins later) and our pizzas were sitting there. I asked how is it possible to make fresh pizzas in 5 mins.. she opened the box and sure enough these were the same pizzas that sat there for over an hour! They were completely dried out and burnt. I said forget it took them and left I wasn't about to waste any more of my time with this place. In my experience the customer service was horrible and the pizza was worse! I will never go back to this place and will stay with Leonardo's On Main in Schomberg; great service and amazing pizza! Regards, Disappointed customer

Its new. It doesn't have mold. The people are so helpful and fresh. They are genuine and caring.
