A very tight walkable retail centre with really good - no, great!!! - dining options. Groceries, thrift-stores, dining options galore within 3-blocks: transit or park and eat Japanese, Thai, Canadian/American, fish & chips, Mexican, have a coffee... A fountain in the centre... Whole strip is beautiful during the holiday season. I visit by transit 2-3 times a month; bus #95 from downtown.
