Malvern Town Centre feels like a forgotten mall that has long passed its prime. When I visited, I was struck by how many stores were closed. Large sections of the mall were completely empty, which made the whole place feel abandoned and honestly a bit eerie. It was quiet in an unsettling way, and I didn’t feel safe walking around. The lighting is dim, the atmosphere is depressing, and overall, it gives off a neglected and run-down vibe. I can see how it might still be convenient for people who live nearby and just need to grab something quickly. There are some schools in the area, so I imagine it gets a small wave of students during weekday lunch hours. But beyond that, there really isn’t much going on here. For anyone coming from outside the neighborhood, it’s not worth the trip. The washrooms were clean, which I appreciated, but that was the only thing that stood out in a positive way. It’s clear that the mall is on its last legs and will likely be redeveloped soon, as I’ve heard there are plans to replace it with condos. It honestly feels like a space waiting to be torn down. Unless you have a specific reason to be in the area, I wouldn’t recommend visiting.

Small and cozy mall with a handful of smaller stores and a few larger stores. The mall could use improvement and more stores, otherwise its maintained fine, but could be better. URBAN POINT is the best clothing store for good prices, lots of nice apparels. There's not enough food variety yet, but the food is plentiful for the price, I mean it's practically a steal.

Conveniently located in North Scarborough on Tapscot & Nielson Ave. Multiple local clothing, shoes, dollar store. The mall has Service Canada satellite office. They collect passport applications. The store named E-Games has facility for taking instant photographs for Canadian, USA and all other countries passport's & visas.
