2022 April 3★ A few restaurants and a few shops in a single aisle makes this location pretty dead. If your here, you have a set goal in mind and aren't here to just browse around. This mall doesn't have an anchor store, for instance a grocery store or big box store, so foot traffic is fairly light. Pros: single aisle, good amount of parking available. Cons: few stores

Once upon a time, it was a hot spot for popular eateries, but no longer. This mall is now extremely rundown with few remaining businesses. But the restaurants still able to maintain their loyal clienteles.

This place is a hidden gem. Went here for lunch after my coworkers told me about this place and I was blown away by the portion of the small Hue-Style Spicy Beef Rice Noodle Soup. Within 5 mins of ordering, the soup came piping hot. I managed to finish everything except the broth which was half full. Very affordable price. Would come back again if I'm in the area

It was covid so this place was a shadow of what it must be like normally. A time capsule to who knows when. A couple great independent spots for baked goods and Chinese style bbq. Lots of parking.
