SmartCentres Richmond Hill

Nothing special. You can occasionally find some good items. However, this location has one of the worst produce quality I've seen out there. Also, I went to pick up my photos that I printed 5 weeks ago, and apparently, they dispose of it after a month. Whats upsetting is that there are 4-5 staff members in that area, and I can't imagine they dont have time to call customers before doing so. I'm never printing here again. In addition, I had spotty photos with one of my previous orders. I got a refund for it, but the fact that I couldn't get them reprinted because the order is available to be reprinted only within a week was a hassle. Especially if I filtered through 1,000 photos on my phone to print a hundred. It's very annoying. One more thing, the photo area closes much earlier than the store, and I don't understand why they can't leave pick-up orders with customer service...

I always buy from the food section here, and overall, I haven’t noticed any major issues. You can purchase all your groceries from here.

Passing by the area and needed a few things in the way and Wal-Mart came on handy. It was my first time coming to this location. It was busy, and some of the aisles I went thru are a mess! Most of the shelves are empty, I felt like they were going thru a massive change. It's not a good visit for me.

Nice store, has always been nice since my first visit in 2002.
