RioCan Durham Annex

This plaza has a value village where you can thrift and drop off donations (don't forget to get your coupon for use in the store!). It also has a dollar tree, which, if you haven't been, has lower prices than dollarama (but not quite the same selection). There is a daycare, a music lessons place, chiropractor, ups store, papa John's pizza, chicken and Waffles, tattoo shop (that doesn't do piercings) and an Indian restaurant. Not a bad plaza for one stop shopping. Could use a convenience store and then it would be perfect 🤣 I stop here often for the dollar tree and value village. Dream combo!!

Except for Value Village, it's all utilitarian stores, nothing interesting. You're better off visiting the main RioCan at Kingston Road just south of here.

Nice place for 🛍. Plenty of shops at one place like clothing, eating, banking, decor, shoes, party needs, beauty products and accessories.

They do their best with prices but it's impossible for all of us. Buyers & sellers
