One of the dirtiest plazas around. Constantly seeing cups, bottles and garbage thought out the parking lot. Parking is a disaster with the addition of Iqbal with patrons parking anywhere they want. Chaii spot should have a garbage out front for the hundreds of cups being left on the sidewalk and parking lot. Do better for your tenants and patrons.

Garbage everywhere. This plaza has gone downhill over the years!!!! Going to get the Councillor and bylaw involved if management doesn't start caring !!!! Enough is enough

Dirtiest plaza in Ajax by far! Management needs to hire somebody to clean it up or invest in more garbage bins!!!
