Roots On Whyte (Community Building)

I like that there’s underground parking but it’s tight with some manoeuvring challenges paying for parking isn’t as easy as parking. They only take credit not visa debits but credit they also have an app should u wish to pay that way. Made a few stops the grocery store was really nice. When I walked in all I could smell was fresh pizza coming from the oven. They had some unique items that you won’t find in regular grocers. My last stop was the side cafe the food there is very good. Portion size compared to the prices are below average but it’s all fresh and locally sourced. Service was excellent the waitress was very attentive and friendly even though she had to deal with Karens all day. If you’re in that area I do recommend a visiting this place.

This building is at the heart of Old Strathcona. It is my one stop shop for food and keeping my body filled with vitality and health. Always a welcoming place. There is parking below the building and so many amenities to explore.

March 2025 Came here for a group meeting. Nice building with plenty of clean washroom They also house an organic grocery store that carries a variety of healhty alternative food products.

Blush Lane is a great organic supermarket in this building. Spend $25 and get reimbursed for parking. 1 free EV charging station on the lower level. Sun Country charging station (no membership required)

This is a nice building, with many health and wellness services. Even the hair salon there is more natural with not toxic products. Great organic grocery store as well.
