Nice plaza with a great sushi spot (Ai Sushi) and a fun bubble tea spot (Rabbit Rabbit) along with a cool brunch location (Chillax Coffee).

This strip plaza is right behind the CIBC on the southwest corner of Elgin Mills & Leslie, can only access from Leslie St.

Beware of the nearly 1 foot deep pothole after entering in the middle of their driveway beside two roadway drains. Total rim and suspension killer.
