Highland Hills Mall

Your basic strip mall... has all the basic store types, on a main street and within two minutes walk from several bus lines. Plenty of parking, several fast food restaurants, a bank, a supermarket, and few others.

It's organized, easy to find most items. The only complaint I have is the pricing. Still some items are cheaper than sobeys. If uou want specific meats or items it's not a bad place to go to once in a while.

I officially am changing grocery stores. This was my go-to grocery store (because it was close, they have many different departments, and price match) however the prices have skyrocketed. Their food is nothing extra special, they even slashed the number of stores that they price match with that's including grocery stores (not stores like giant Tiger) Shopping online was hit or miss to get all of the items needed. Throughout my 5 years of shopping here it's become more and more apparent that customer satisfaction on many different levels, is not a priority and has become less of a priority in the past year or so.

What I enjoy the most about this place is the wide variety of products, also the cleanliness. I also like the fact that they have a good check out system, with plenty of cashiers and a worker in charge of the line up. All other grocery stores have incoorporated self check-outs that are counter productive because they actually slow everything right down. At least here they have enough traditional cashiers as well. Not everyone likes the self check outs. Prices, I think could be better.

Awesome customer service (good job! Keep it up👏🏽👏🏽) Great selection of worldwide traditional foods. Respectful & helpful staff. If they don't have the answer, they'll go get someone who does; instead of just shrugging and "I don't know" you to death.
